Digital purchase terms
What you're buying
Cosmetic items such as stadium themes and profile badges. Each item's description and price (including VAT) is shown before you pay. Items are cosmetic only: they don't affect scores, time, hints or the league table. They have no monetary value, can't be resold or transferred and can't be exchanged for money.
Delivery
Items are added to your account as soon as Stripe confirms payment, usually within seconds.
Your right to withdraw
Normally you have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied straight away, that right ends once the item is added to your account if you asked for immediate supply and acknowledged that you'd lose the right. We ask for this with a checkbox before you pay and confirm it in your order confirmation email. If you didn't give that consent, you keep the full 14-day right. Faulty items
