Refunds and withdrawal

| You withdraw from Premium within 14 days of subscribing | Cancelled immediately, full refund. Use the button on your Account page. |
| You cancel Premium after 14 days | No further charges; Premium stays on until the end of the paid period. No refund for the current period unless required by law. |
| A cosmetic item you bought with the immediate-supply acknowledgement | The 14-day withdrawal right ends once it's in your account. We'll still refund it if it's faulty or not as described. |
| You were charged twice, or charged in error | Full refund. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL]. |
| Premium or an item doesn't work as described | Fix, price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. |
| We materially reduce a paid feature | Pro-rata refund for the unused period if you choose to cancel. |
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 working days. When a cosmetic item is refunded it is removed from your account.
If your bank reverses a payment (a chargeback), the item or subscription linked to it is removed while the dispute is open.
