Subscription terms: Pack the Stand Premium

DRAFT for review by an Irish-qualified solicitor. Not yet legally reviewed. Placeholders in [SQUARE BRACKETS] must be completed before publication.

What you get

Unlimited practice, the matchday archive, specialist categories, full answer lists with explanations, advanced stats, premium stadium themes and profile customisation. Premium never adds hints, extra time, extra attempts or points, and the daily matchday stays free for everyone.

Price and renewal

  • Monthly: €4.99 per month. Yearly: €39.99 per year. Prices include Irish VAT; if you're in another EU country the VAT rate of your country applies and the total is shown before you pay. [ACCOUNTANT TO CONFIRM VAT HANDLING]
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and you're charged the same price unless we've told you about a change at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before a price change takes effect.
  • Payments are taken by Stripe.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Account → Manage billing or cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Your 14-day right to withdraw

You can withdraw within 14 days of first subscribing, for any reason, from Account → Withdraw within 14 days. We'll cancel Premium immediately and refund your payment in full. (The law would allow us to deduct an amount for the days you used; we choose not to.) [SOLICITOR TO CONFIRM WORDING]

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days and we'll let you know. Premium stays on while payment is retried. If it still fails, the subscription ends.

Problems

If Premium doesn't work as described, tell us at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. You have the rights set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2022, including repair, a price reduction or ending the contract.
